Who I Work With

You don't need to fit a category to belong here

People sometimes ask what kind of client I work with, expecting an age range or a diagnosis. Here's the honest answer: I work with people who are ready for something different than what they've already tried.

Maybe you've done years of talk therapy and can explain your patterns perfectly — and you're still living inside them. Maybe anxiety or panic shows up in your body before your mind even catches up. Maybe you're carrying something from a long time ago that logic hasn't been able to touch. Maybe life just doesn't feel the way you expected it to right now, and you're not sure why, only that something needs to shift.

If any of that sounds familiar, this is coming-home-to-yourself work, and it isn't limited by your age, your gender, or your life stage. I've worked with people in the middle of early adulthood figuring out who they are, people rebuilding after trauma, people in recovery, new parents, and people going through the kind of midlife unraveling nobody warned them about.

That last one, actually, deserves its own mention — because so many women reach a point in life where things stop feeling the way they thought they would. Perimenopause lands the same year your kids hit puberty. The job that used to fit doesn't anymore. The relationship that used to work has quietly stopped. If that's you: you are not alone, and it's not just you. I love this particular chapter of work.

But wherever you're starting from, the work is the same at its core: clearing what's in the way of the wisdom you already have inside you, so you can come home to yourself — mind and body both.
